Mustard Green
Mustard green (or pickled mustard) is a kind of ingredient, not a cuisine. Its attribution is mild and the taste is spicy; the leaf is long and round, and has indentations at the edge, and a yellow flower. The whole plant tastes a little bit spicy, and may used as a food. After being professionally seasoned, it’s flavor is exceptional and good for rice.
Serving suggestions:

1.Mixed with chili and ground meat and fried.

2.As a stuffing for buns and dumplings.

3.Mixed with dry bean curd and fried.

4.Mixed with shredded meat and fried.

Shredded Pickled Mustard Tubers
Mustard Tuber is rich in vitamins and minerals, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, alanine…for up to 17 kinds of free acid, all of which are a must for the human body. After being professionally seasoned and cut into shreds, pickled mustard tuber retains the original ancient tradition flavor.
Serving suggestions:

1.Cook with soup, or with noodles and shredded meat.

2.Mixed with green onion, dried shrimp, mushroom,    shredded carrot, chili and pork belly. Then deep fried with    oil.

3.Cut into cubes and made as a stuffing for buns or    dumplings.

Rape
Rape is a vegetable representative of yellow-green vegetables. Its nutrition is similar to spinach, it is rich in calcium. Rape can endure cold weather, does not need special quality soil for planting and can be harvested in a short time. Rape has a fresh taste, a tender texture, and vivid color--- suited for mixing, cooking, frying, infusing as well as for cutting into shreds and frying briefly in hot oil to make a dish.

Seasoned Preserved Mustard Greens
Made from fresh mustard green, after exposure to sunlight, preserved with salt, pressure drying, allowed to ferment (around one week), tied into a ball shape for storage…after these steps are taken, it has a special salty flavor, and is the most famous Hakka cuisine.
Serving suggestions:

1.“Pork with preserved mustard green”; the salty and sour    smell penetrate into the pork. Its flavor is rich, sweet and    inviting.

2.Add some dried bamboo and cook together to make a    delicious dish.

3.Suitable for a vegetarian diet.

Japanese Style Pickled Mustard Tubers
Combine pickled mustard tuber, Chinese mushroom, and pickled gherkin together and process with Japanese style seasoning. This dish is rich in vitamins and minerals, protein, carbohydrate, calcium, phosphorus, iron.

Seasoned Pickled Mustard Greens
